Our online Blackboard platform is designed as a self-pace course to be completed within 4 to 6 months. The simulated modules include hands on practical applications to promote learning. The online platform offers students the option to attend weekly tutoring sessions to ask pressing questions. The tutoring sessions are conducted by the Instructor via live Zoom / webinars.

In-seat Course / Hybrid
Our face -to- face classroom setting Medical Coding Program is designed in a traditional fashion to provide students the opportunity to interact with the Instructor and peers. Our dedicated, passionate, and credentialed Educators bring real world experiences from working in the field into the classroom. The Classroom Medical Coding program is required to meet for a total of 80 hours. Therefore, training is conducted once a week for 5 hours with an additional 2 hours a week of tutoring.
Class start dates are on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday with tutoring on Wednesdays.

Refresher Bootcamp
Our Refresher Boot Camp Workshops are 2 days of extensive review of the coding guidelines and practical applications. The workshops prepares students to successfully pass the certification exam and are divided between diagnosis and procedural disciplines.
These workshops are designed for students who previously completed a medical coding program and are looking for a refresher course; or individuals who are currently working in the field, but not credentialed.
The review can be conducted as a live webinar or face-to-face in a classroom setting.

Continued Education
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are required to sustain credentials associated with the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and (AHIMA) American Health Information Management
We offer Certified Professionals an opportunity to stay abreast of industry trends and coding updates through our interactive CEU sessions. During these sessions, we review various disciplines and discuss a wide range of topics. Also, our CEU sessions are a great way for Certified Professionals to network and learn from others in the industry.

Sessions range from 1 to 4 hours covering up to 4 AAPC, and AHIMA CEUs.
​
These sessions are conducted via live Zoom webinars, as well as in-person classroom settings.
