We empower healthcare professionals with the tools and resources needed to sustain the knowledge towards career advancement. Care Coding Training Center provides students and clinical professionals with the scaffolds needed to meet and succeed industry standards and expectations.

Medical Coding Programs

Our medical coding programs and medical terminology programs includes instructor lead webinars and 24-hour access to the digital platform where the course materials are housed. The lectures are designed to provide students’ the opportunity to interact with the instructor and peers to discuss content and to ask pressing questions. The digital environment promotes student learning with 24-hour user friendly access, mobile friendly download capabilities for an easy read of the electronic textbook, and access to all of the assignments and quizzes.

Our programs are affordable, with flexible tuition payment plans to allow students to begin training and pay the tuition as they grow.
​
Care Coding Training Center offers students the following additional resources; Refresher Bootcamp Sessions in prep for the board exam to obtain the coding credential, resume writing, mock interviews with the focus on enhancing soft skills, and assistance with job placement once the student becomes a credentialed coder.

CPC Refresher Bootcamp
Every 3rd Thursday of every Month
The Refresher Bootcamp includes a pre-recorded video with “How to” tutorials with rewind and fast forward capabilities to promote learning, 2 three-hour live lectures hosted by the instructor, review of medical coding guidelines, abstracting skills using the M.E.A.T. acronym, test taking techniques, time management skills and 75 practice coding examples.
Refresher Bootcamp in Prep for the Board Certification Exam
Our Refresher Boot Camp Workshops are 2 days of extensive review of the coding guidelines, hands on practical applications of coding cases with over 75 practice coding examples for additional coding practice. The sessions include time management tips to ensure students complete the 4-hour board exam in a timely manner.

The workshops prepare students to successfully pass the certification exam and includes diagnosis and procedural disciplines.
These workshops are designed for students who previously completed a medical coding program and are looking for a refresher course; or individuals who are currently working in the field, but not credentialed.
The refresher bootcamp sessions are hosted live with the instructor via webinar and are conducted monthly every third Thursday of the month.

Continued Education: CEU for Medical Coders
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are required to sustain credentials associated with the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and (AHIMA) American Health Information Management
We offer Certified Coding Professionals an opportunity to stay abreast of industry trends and coding updates through our interactive CEU sessions. During these sessions, we various disciplines and discuss a wide range of topics. Also, our CEU sessions are a great way for Certified Coding Professionals to network and learn from others in the industry.

Sessions range from 1 to 4 hours covering up to 4 AAPC, and AHIMA CEUs.
​
These sessions are conducted via live Zoom webinars, as well as in-person classroom settings.
