Care Coding Training Center began serving the community since 2017.
We provide quality training that is aligned with the industry standards and requirements as outlined from the accrediting bodies of the AAPC and AHIMA domains.
We train and prepare students to successfully pass the CPC and CCS certification exams to become credentialed medical coders.

What We Do
We are dedicated to supporting student success. We offer formal Medical Coding training programs, continuing education units, resume writing, mock interviews and assist with job placement, ensuring every student has the tools they need to thrive.

Meet our Founder
Monica Lawson
MBA, RHIA, CRC, CPC, AAPC- Approved Instructor
Monica Lawson is an Educator, Coder, Mentor and Entrepreneur who began her teaching career at various Career Colleges in the Metro Atlanta area since 2010. Her portfolio includes the title and duties of an Associate Program Director ensuring the Medical Coding programs sustained retention and attrition accreditation standards. Her passion is to share the skills and techniques of what leadership looks like to build community and promote careers.
