The training program prepares students to successfully master the material and pass the AAPC, CPC or CRC Certification exams.

Training is essential to enter into the Allied Health Care industry as a Medical Coder, Medical Biller, A/R Rep, Front Desk Check-in / Check-out Clerk or Medical Auditor; just to name a few non clinical duties as a credentialed professional.

Effective in 2020 we are offering the CMS HCC Risk Adjustment Medical Coding Program and the HCC Risk Adjust Refresher Boot Camp sessions.

We are  partnered with the AAPC and AHIMA and will continue to use their curriculum to promote students learning.

Effective January 2020 our Classroom Medical Course will not include the 3 coding books; ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS. Students will be required to purchase the coding manuals separately.

The 16 week formal Medical Coding Programs will continue to include the Workbook and Textbook and  the AAPC Membership for students who have fully paid the $1600.00 tuition and completed the course. The students who are enrolled in the "Pay as you Grow" payment plan receives handouts / material pertaining to that week's content instead of  a Workbook and Textbook.

We do not offer refunds instead students are offered opportunity to retake course / session at a later date.

Our new payment plan policy enforces the refund policy allowing students to "Pay as they Grow" with a one time registration non refundable deposit to pay and attend the weekly session of his or her choice. This applies to the classroom setting Medical Coding Program only; not applicable for online Blackboard setting Medical Coding Program.
